1.  Sales Policy

  • ​All sales made through this website are final.
  • ​We do not accept returns, exchanges, or issue refunds for any products purchased.

2.  Rental Equipment Policy

  • Early returns of rental equipment are not eligible for refunds.
  • Rental equipment remains the sole responsibility of the customer for the entire rental period.
  • Any damage to rental equipment — including damage occurring during delivery or pickup — will be considered the customer's responsibility, even if caused by the driver or delivery personnel.

3. Prescription-Required Products

  • Certain medical products require a valid prescription. These items will not be sold or shipped without proper prescription documentation.
  • It is the customer’s responsibility to provide all required medical documentation prior to purchase.

4. Liability Disclaimer

  • Preventive Medical Supplies LLC provides products and services for use at the customer’s discretion.
  • The company shall not be held liable for any damages, injuries, or losses resulting from the use or misuse of any product or service.
  • Use of any equipment is at the customer’s own risk.

5. Order Acceptance and Cancellation

  • We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion.
  • If a payment has already been processed and the order is canceled, a refund will be issued only if applicable under these Terms.

6. Governing Law

  • These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
